Zovo Certificate Maker
Certificates of completion, achievement and appreciation for a whole list of names, as one print-ready PDF.
Zovo Certificate Maker turns a list of names into one landscape PDF with a certificate for each person: certificates of completion for a course, awards for a class, appreciation for volunteers. Names print as you typed them, long names shrink or wrap to fit, and five vector designs print sharply on US Letter or A4.
What it does
- One certificate per person from a pasted list, an array of names or CSV text with per-person course, award, date or hours
- Five vector designs: classic double border, modern accent bar, academic rosette seal, kids with bright shapes, elegant serif on cream
- Completion, achievement, appreciation, participation, award, excellence, recognition and attendance wording, or your own title
- Organization name, up to two signature lines with titles, and a date in any common format
- Optional certificate numbers with a CSV register for your records
- Names in Latin with accents, Greek, Cyrillic and Vietnamese print as typed; long names shrink or wrap to fit
Try asking
“Make certificates of completion for Ava Patel, Liam Chen and Noah Kim for Python 101, signed by Maria Lopez, Instructor”
“Award certificate template for Student of the Month, kids style”
“Certificates of appreciation for our 12 volunteers from this list, with numbers starting at VOL-2026”
Limitations
- Landscape US Letter and A4 only; no portrait layout, photos, logos or uploaded artwork
- Up to 500 certificates per PDF
- Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hebrew and emoji cannot be printed; such a name gets a blank line to write by hand
- Certificate numbers are for your records; they are not a tamper-proof verification system or an accredited credential
